Role

As Senior Project Engineer, you will be responsible for the end to end implementation of Security solutions within clients. This will involve working extensively with our clients, project management and pre-sales teams to take the agreed design and make it a reality. The role offers a diverse experience and requires absolute delivery working under various conditions, often unsupervised on site with the client.

Working as part of a virtual project team the project engineer would be responsible for the delivery and technical assurance of the entire implementation life cycle to deliver the agreed solution seamlessly. This may include design, physical installation, configuration, commissioning testing, sign off and final handover both with the client and internally.

The following core technical skills are pre-requisites for the role: -

• Solid experience with Cisco security across design and deployment
• Technical background with/or working towards CCNP level
• Technical knowledge and deployment experience of Cisco ASA and Firepower firewall platforms
  
• Technical knowledge and deployment experience of Cisco ISE policy and access technology
• Technical experience of Cisco advanced threat security solutions such as AMP and Stealthwatch
• Strong experience or understanding of SASE technologies 

The following skills are highly desirable: 

• Strong Technical knowledge and understanding of Palo Alto technologies (Panorama/Prisma)
• Good verbal communications skills with the ability to articulate technical solutions to different audiences
• Ability to produce detailed, clear and concise client facing documentation
