Position Summary
Our client is looking for a Scrum Master to join the team.
As a Scrum Master, you will play a pivotal role in building our complex product solutions, for healthcare applications.
As part of this role, you will be required to have an in-depth understanding of the Scrum Master position and will be required to work hands with your agile team(s).
A great candidate for this role is flexible and willing to work in a Scaled Agile Framework environment.
This is a contract, remote position, and reports to the Senior Agile Program Manager

Specific Responsibilities
The Scrum Master will lead the Scrum team in using SAFe Agile methodology and Scrum practices.
Planning deliverables and helping teams monitor performance.
Helping the product owner and development team to achieve customer satisfaction.
Lead the scrum and development teams in self-organization.
Remove impediments and coach the scrum team on removing impediments.
Resolve conflicts and issues that occur.
Coach the scrum team to achieve higher levels of scrum maturity.
Work in a cross-functional team to achieve development goals to ensure task completion on time and with high quality.
Stay current with software and industry trends representing a willingness and capability to quickly learn new technologies required for accomplishing sprint goals.
Analyze existing processes, and practices, within teams and suggest Lean changes to enhance team efficiency.
Required Qualifications
Scaled Agile Certified Scrum Master or equivalent Scrum Master certification.
Working in a SAFe Agile environment
3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master for development teams
2+ years of experience working with modern cloud architecture and platforms.
Experience in the healthcare industry.
Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts (such as the definition of done, user stories, automated testing, and backlog refinement)
Good knowledge of other Agile frameworks (XP, TDD, BDD, etc.)
Excellent communication and servant leadership skills
Problem-solving and conflict-resolution ability
Outstanding organizational skills
Strong communication, interpersonal, and mentoring skills
Experience with cloud software development and other technologies preferred.
Proficiency with Atlassian project tools (JIRA/Confluence) and Microsoft Office suite, including MS Project, PowerPoint, and Visio.

Education / Desired Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required; business and technology disciplines preferred.
Project Management Institute (PMI) certifications preferred.
Up to 10% travel to the CHQ n Washington, DC (approximately once per quarter)
