ROLE:


Are you passionate about operational excellence and providing exceptional customer service in the SAP space? We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced SAP AMS Service Manager to join our growing consulting practice. As AMS Service Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing customer incidents and tickets, ensuring timely resolution within agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Additionally, you will be responsible for building and leading a high-performing team to deliver outstanding service to our valued clients.


RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Operationally manage and work on customer tickets, ensuring they are brought to completion within SLAs.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, acting as the single point of contact for all service-related matters.
  • As a Team Lead build, lead, and mentor a team of service professionals, fostering a culture of continuous learning, collaboration, and excellence.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in SAP service management and leverage that knowledge to drive innovation and excellence in service delivery.
  • Collaborate with the sales and business development teams to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, driving growth and expansion of our solutions and service offerings.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 4+ years hands-on experience in service management for SAP AMS (Application Management Service)
  • Good know-how in one of the common SAP modules (FICO, SD, MM, PP, WM, etc.)
  • Good knowledge of SAP systems with the ability to effectively troubleshoot and resolve customer issues
  • Strong understanding of ticket management processes, including incident prioritization, escalation, and resolution
  • Team lead skills (management, mentorship, etc.) and experience required
  • Presales and/or upselling experience a plus
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a keen attention to detail
  • Passionate and determined while appreciating teamwork
  • And of course great ability to work in a fast-paced environment while you manage multiple priorities
  • A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
