Job Title : Salesforce Product Owner

Role Overview:
As a Salesforce Product Owner with Riverflex, you will be engaged in sub-contracting for our client, a significant player in the manufacturing & field service operations industry. Your role involves close collaboration with their team to deliver impactful solutions, with expertise centered around Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, or Marketing Cloud.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to comprehensively gather and understand business requirements for Salesforce solutions.
- Provide expert guidance on the implementation, configuration, and customization of Salesforce platforms, with a focus on Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, or Marketing Cloud.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of existing business processes within Salesforce, identifying opportunities for improvement and optimization.
- Design and execute training programs to ensure end-users effectively utilize Salesforce solutions.
- Stay updated on Salesforce updates, releases, and best practices to ensure continuous enhancement of system performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration between Salesforce and other business systems.
- Optionally leverage Oracle CPQ expertise for integration with Salesforce processes.
- Act as a communication bridge between technical and non-technical stakeholders to facilitate successful project outcomes.
- Conduct comprehensive documentation and analysis of requirements to guide effective Salesforce implementation.
- Facilitate clear communication between business stakeholders and the development team to ensure shared understanding.
- Collaborate with end-users to gather feedback, understand pain points, and drive continuous improvement of Salesforce functionalities.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Salesforce professional with a strong understanding of Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, or Marketing Cloud.
- Previous experience in roles related to Product Owner, Project Management, or Business Analysis.
- Experience in manufacturing or similar sectors, along with knowledge of remote field service capabilities, is highly valued.
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant, Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant) are highly desirable.
- Knowledge of Oracle CPQ is considered advantageous, especially if familiar with integration aspects.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with team members and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in French language (Good to have)
