What is this position about?

You will be responsible for providing support and expanding the Salesforce platform in the area of private investment banking. Your main objective will be to work closely with other teams utilizing Salesforce, in order to create feature-rich tools, as well as playing a crucial role in ensuring that all features are designed and developed adhering to the best practices established by Salesforce.

You may work 100% remotely if you are currently living in LATAM, or you can always join us at the office!

What will I be doing?

• Provide extensive knowledge and expertise in Salesforce, serving as a go-to resource for projects involving new features and other initiatives.
• Work together with business stakeholders to identify requirements and implement improvements, coordinate with the QA team for testing, as well as collaborating with developers to ensure the solutions align with the product's vision.
• Translate requirements and iterate on the solution to deliver a functional Minimum Viable Product.
• Prepare functional documentation and training materials for new features.
• Organize the Salesforce Platform backlog in collaboration with the Product Manager.

What expertise do I need?

• Solid experience working with Salesforce and Service Clouds. 
• Hands-on experience customizing the Salesforce Platform.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring smooth management of project scope changes and timelines.
• Familiarity with Financial Services Cloud (FSC) is a plus.
• Salesforce Certifications are a plus. 

What about languages?

Excellent written and verbal English for clear and effective communication is a must!

How much experience must I have?

We're looking for someone with 2-3+ years of experience with Salesforce and Service Clouds.
