Sales Support Specialist

SALES SUPPORT SPECIALIST (m/f)

Your responsibilities:

  • Create and manage proposals for the sales team, ensuring accurate and timely execution
  • Collaborate with sales teams to gather assets and information for seamless proposal preparation
  • QA all proposal to ensure accuracy, alignment with guidelines, and an optimal user experience
  • Track proposal results diligently, ensuring accurate data collection for invoicing and reporting
  • Collaborate closely with the extended team and stakeholders to enhance proposal accuracy and effectiveness
  • Collaborate with opportunity owners to implement and support all forms of pre-sales and sales activities
  • Analyze inbound requests, public and global tenders and other available documentation to create proposal preparation plans and timesheets
  • Follow up on proposal execution with drafting of agreements, delivery of agreed elements and invoicing
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information and sales records
  • Monitor procedures and report issues, providing potential solutions for a seamless user experience
  • Provide regular reports on sales activities and results to management


Requirements:

  • Experience in similar role (preferably in tech company), with a focus on proposal preparation.
  • Excellent communication skills and English fluency
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently
  • High attention to detail
  • Easy adjusting to changing priorities and new tasks as needed
  • Good understanding of B2B sales cycle
  • A proactive, creative and agile approach to problem resolution
  • “Can do” attitude and problem solver
  • Focus on finding solution to help clients and colleagues
  • Analytical mindset, open-minded, curious
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team or independently

An additional plus is if you have:

  • Master's degree in technical or business field
  • Experience in the tech industry
  • Technical aptitude towards Google workspace and Microsoft Office
  • Prior experience working with CRM (we use Dynamics365)
