Sales Support Representative, Pharmacy

Reporting to the Manager of Pharmacy Senior Care Operations, the Pharmacy Transitions and Quoting Specialist must have a successful track record of facilitating sales transactions. The primary responsibility of this role is to support the PointClickCare sales team by assisting with sales transactions and liaising with other departments within PointClickCare to accelerate sales objectives. Collaborating with various stakeholders, including pharmacies, PointClickCare customers, and business unit teams, the primary focus is on streamlining the sales cycle and elevating the overall customer experience. To be successful in this role, you must possess the following talents, Thinker – both linear and visionary open to change, Multitasker, Detail Oriented and Communicator. Along with these talents, you must demonstrate an ability to execute flawlessly within a fast-paced, high-growth software sales environment. 

  • Quote and manage all pharmacy and facility sales transactions.
  • Provide support to the sales team in handling complex quoting situations.
  • Engage in direct and timely interactions with pharmacies and customers to ensure SLA compliance.
  • Process all necessary documents related to opportunities, terms and conditions, prior authorizations, master service agreements, and proof of concepts.
  • Collaborate with pharmacy sales, pharmacy program managers, implementation, and other relevant departments to ensure project completion.
  • Maintain accounts and continually seek process efficiencies.
  • Assist with other Pharmacy Sales quoting as needed.

  • Skills & Qualifications
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM and CPQ utilization.
  • Proficiency in complex Salesforce quoting, and CPQ utilization.
  • Knowledge of pharmacy operations, pertaining to systems used and daily routines.
  • Long-term post acute care knowledge.
  • In-depth Pharmacy operational knowledge or having worked for a pharmacy or Health Care related field.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Proficient in collaborating with C-Suite level executives, along with excellent writing skills.
  • Working knowledge in the following systems including Salesforce, NetSuite, Kimble, MS Office Products, and Smartsheet.
