Our company is seeking an experienced sales professional to join our dynamic team.
As a Sales Specialist in Softeta, you will be responsible for generating new business in Poland, Germany and overall DACH region markets. You will work closely with our Sales and Pre-sales teams and be responsible for identifying, prospecting, approaching and presenting our services to new clients.
We are looking for a candidate who has a proven track record of success in sales and is passionate about technology and its impact on the business world.
Responsibilities
- Identify and target new business opportunities and build a pipeline of prospective clients;
- Active approaching – calling, emailing, messaging (Linked In);
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in target industries;
- Understand clients' needs and provide customized solutions that meet their business requirements;
- Lead and participate in sales presentations and negotiations.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in software solutions or consulting services;
- Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills;
- Strong analytical skills to understand client needs and provide customized solutions;
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets;
- Proficient in CRM software;
- English and Germany proficiency, both written and spoken.
