We are looking for a Sales Executive excited to discover and pursue new sales prospects with a penchant for developing custom software and making an immediate impact to help Foxbox grow revenue. As a Sales Executive, you will actively seek out and pursue new sales prospects, using your expertise in custom software development to make an immediate impact and help Foxbox grow revenue. Ultimately, the Sales Executive will be motivated, feeling comfortable working closely with our teams and potential clients to demonstrate our services.
Responsibilities:
- Lead revenue generation remotely for companies in the US by implementing the growth and go-to-market strategies for the business resulting in the acquisition of new logos.
- Collaborate with the extended leadership team by partnering with Product, Design, and Delivery teams through a complex sales cycle from lead nurturing, scoping, and closing.
- Develop and implement new sales strategies and initiatives to help shape complex technology solutions and opportunities by gaining in-depth knowledge of clients and their buying needs.
- Collaborate on the creation of marketing assets to help create compelling case studies, obtaining referrals, campaigns, and all lead generation activities, including networking and strategic partnerships, by building an awareness of Foxbox and the value we deliver.
- Manage daily and weekly activities, pipelines, forecasts, and closed deals to ensure you are exceeding targeted revenue and maintaining successful pipeline management.
- Drive action and decisions through data, working closely with the Sales Operations team to evolve and be disciplined with using the sales tools to track activities and growth.
- Understand industry trends that affect our targeted markets.
- Maintain an above-board and ethical work environment that is conducive to attracting and engaging new current team members at all levels.
Requirements
- You have 8+ years of experience as a sales professional within the Professional services or Technology space
- You have experience working in SMBs/SMCs and startups
- You have hands-on experience in lead generation, acquisition of clients, strategic partnerships, and relationship management
- You have demonstrated the ability to develop solutions for a changing environment
- You can communicate concisely and with clarity both in and outside of the company
- You are comfortable building a sales strategy and driving tactical actions.
- You have a highly collaborative approach to working both with a team and with individuals
- Willingness to accurately document efforts and transparently share pipeline efforts and results
- You have experience working with Hubspot or similar CRM tools
- You must be a US-based resident with a willingness to travel as needed
- You have experience working with people from different cultures; specifically, LATAM is desired
- Some travel may be required
