About The Role
Dozuki is looking for a Sales Engineer to help us build a foundation for excellence by working closely with the Sales and Product teams to demo our solution to prospects and customers while speaking to the business and operational value of Dozuki. This role is a trusted partner who helps drive cross-functional alignment between Sales, Product, and Customer Success. This position is well supported by an experienced sales team, where we collaborate closely to identify strategies and tactics to improve our sales efforts. This role reports directly to the VP of Sales.
You Will
- Be a technical product expert
- Engage with Product Management to stay current on product roadmaps.
- Be one of our primary contributors into our product teams by collecting and providing customer feedback to help inform our product strategy and roadmap.
- Help develop messaging to communicate the value to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Conduct product training for key prospects or pilot customers as needed.
- Discover the technical challenges of our customers
- Technically validate and map customer technical requirements to Dozuki solutions
- Provide Zoom and in-person product overview and demonstrations of Dozuki's software to potential customers and partners.
- Help scope out integrations as related to prospect and customer needs.
- Validating customer data and solution methodology
- Design and deliver new workflows, Pilots, Sandboxes, and POCs for prospects, and make recommendations for new use cases.
- Enabling the greater team
- Act as the industry subject matter expert (SME) and consult with Sales, Partnerships, Customer Success, and Marketing for how to better understand industry data, competitive vendors, and use cases.
- Develop technical content to share across the broader team to help Marketing and Sales message the solution capabilities to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Keep excellent documentation in SalesForce/Jira of all customer interactions.
- Create a positive environment that contributes to renewals and growth of client business with Dozuki.
