Sales Director Life Sciences

Deep 6 AI is a fast-growing tech startup headquartered in Los Angeles, California looking for talented, dynamic team members who want to help shape our groundbreaking artificial intelligence platform. 

   

We are transforming and accelerating clinical trials, to help get life-saving treatments to patients faster and accelerate innovation in healthcare. To that end, we build a cutting-edge software suite that connects all clinical research stakeholders, from research teams to treating physicians, patients, and study sponsors on a real-time, real-world data SaaS platform, powered by AI.


We are looking for a Sales Director, Life Sciences to join our team.

What You'll Do
  • Effectively communicate and represent the state of your business and challenges to management and internal stakeholders to achieve your sales objectives.   
  • Sell SaaS solutions into the clinical trial organizations within the Life Science industry such as large and small pharmaceutical, biotech, and contract research organizations.  
  • Prospect, cultivate leads and inquiries into a solid pipeline of opportunities.  
  • Leverage existing client relationships and contacts to develop deep knowledge and understanding of their dynamics and organizational structure around clinical trial operations to generate more business.  
  • Guide clients through effective sales processes quickly qualifying their business needs that correlate to our product offerings.  
  • Utilize sales force automations tools to efficiently manage your sales activities, capture contact information and your opportunities.  
  • Accurately forecast, negotiate, and close sales.  Meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas.  
  • Participate in marketing events such as webinars, seminars and trade shows.  


About You
  • You love sales!   
  • Proven success selling complex, data-driven solutions to multiple stakeholders within Life Sciences companies   
  • A demonstrable track record of sales overachievement and making President's Club  
  • Mastery of the complex sales processes, framework, methods and using tools such as CRMs  
  • The ability to successfully engage individuals at multiple levels within Life Sciences’ clinical operations staff, department heads, innovation, VP and C suite level executives   
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills  
  • Strong analytical, problem identification and objection resolution skills   
  • Have experience and good understanding of the clinical trial processes within Life Sciences from feasibility, optimization, site identification, recruitment, synthetic control arms, SAE adjudication, to real world evidence.   
  • Learn and become proficient about how Deep 6 AI’s portfolio of products and services significantly accelerate the clinical trials process.
