We are currently doing 90% inbound sales through strong lead generation. Still, as our product is becoming more premium with the unique features we’re constantly developing, we wish to target more specific high-end accounts.
Deal Size: $6k+ average contract value (Starts at 4k$ to 30k$+)
Close rate: 35/40%
Sales cycle: 20-30 days from lead to closing (1-5 touches)
Ideal Customer Profile: CMO / E-commerce manager of a $10M-$100+M DTC brand/venture on Shopify, scaling fast.

As an SDR for Polar Analytics, you will be responsible for generating new high-end business opportunities by reaching out to potential customers and qualifying leads for the Account Executive team. You will be the first qualitative point of contact for most of our future brands and will have a main role in driving revenue growth for Polar Analytics.
Conduct outbound prospecting activities via email, phone, and social media to generate new high-end leads and opportunities.
Qualify the top inbound leads and schedule meetings that will be handled by the Account Executive team.
Use a consultative and methodical approach to understand customer needs and pain points and position our BI platform as a solution.
Effectively communicate the value proposition of Polar Analytics to potential clients.
Direct collaboration with the marketing team to develop and execute lead-generation campaigns. Your role will be key.
Provide timely and accurate reporting on lead generation activities and pipeline development to ensure perennial growth.
Continuously learn and stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.
you have experience in a sales or business development role.
Experience in SaaS sales, preferably in the analytics space.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to quickly learn and understand advanced technical concepts.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
Experience with sales automation tools such as Hubspot, SalesLoft, or similar.
Highly organised and able to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.

1. Recruiter Screen (30 mins): A call with our Head of Talent to talk through your current/past experience, your motivations and Tell you more about Polar Analytics.
2. Technical Fit (45 mins): Here, you'll meet either the Hiring Manager or a team member of a similar level to discuss your ways of working and understand your skillset and ability for the role.
3. Technical Deep Dive (1 hour): This interview usually consists of a practical element (case study, Presentation, Technical Problem Solving etc) designed to give you a broader understanding of how we drive impact at Polar. This will be with the hiring manager and one other team member.
4. Culture Interview (45 mins): A conversation with one of our Culture Champions. We assess your team fit based on our values (see below).
