Your mission
As the Sales Development Representative in the US/CA market, you will be responsible for reaching out to inbound leads that have a need for Recruitee’s ATS (Recruitee is part of Tellent - premier talent management suite). Follow up can be done by phone, through social, emails and nurturing workflows. Your main goal is to qualify these leads and organize the correct follow-up for the Sales Manager of North America. The qualification portion is vital for our sales cycle, so your contribution is both highly necessary and valuable. This is a very exciting opportunity to form part of the US/CA team by being the second sales hire on the team and working directly with the manager of the market. About the team
The North American team will consist of a small group of people who will work together as a team to convert leads and expand the Recruitee brand. The team is based out of New York City and covers both the United States and Canada, with opportunities constantly flowing in from our all-star marketing team. The team’s mission is to keep the North American sales engine running and convert leads into long-term customers and ultimately scale the department.
Your 12-month journey
The first 3 months you will spend focusing on learning everything there is to know about Recruitee & Tellent: understand the product, our processes, the teams, the customers and more. You will be working closely together with the North American Sales Manager, joining sales demos to understand the process and product better. You will also familiarize yourself with all of the sales enablement tools we use to help with prospecting. More importantly, you will learn by first hand experience, as you will be receiving leads within your first month.
After 6 months, you will be confidently booking regular discovery calls with prospects and have a deep understanding of what Recruitee offers and how we can help improve the existing recruitment process for companies.
After 1 year you have mastered the qualification part of our sales cycle and you will most probably have contributed to very important new deals for Recruitee and the expansion in North America.
