Mission of the Role
The mission of the Sales Development Representative is to proactively seek new business opportunities in the market through identifying, developing, and qualifying leads, managing this process through the sales pipeline, and delivering qualified leads to the sales team to close sales.
About the Role
- Identify potential new accounts, generate new business opportunities, and manage leads through the sales pipeline.
- Schedule meetings with potential new customers for our sales team.
- Continue to strategically reach out to leads through email, phone, and social media channels.
- Through sales data analysis assist the sales team in identifying markets with high growth potential.
- Assist the sales team on driving revenue growth through identifying and onboarding new accounts.
- Assist the sales team on identifying key decision makers at potential new major retailers.
- Create and implement a strategy to reengage lapsed accounts.
Preferred Experience
- 1-3 year(s) of sales experience
- Proficiency in Google Suite
- Experience using CRM tools
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Knowledge of and interest in the retail/clothing industry
