Why this role
The Sales Development Representative (SDR) will be responsible for engaging and qualifying leads through inbound lead funnels in an effort to book high intent meetings for the sales team to convert the sale. This teammate will be engaging with current vacation rental owners through a high volume, high velocity sales cadence.
The ideal candidate for this role will have experience in qualifying leads through building curiosity, following sales scripting, utilizing strategic cadence touchpoints, and selling the value of a meeting with sales closers The candidate will be required to independently manage a large pipeline through a Sales Engagement/CRM Tool. In addition to base pay, the SDR will be compensated based on key performance metrics while driving new homeowner revenue for Evolve.
What you’ll do
- Prospecting and outreach to top-of-funnel leads with the intention of qualifying sales opportunities and booking high-intent meetings for the Vacation Rental Advisor or Real Estate Consultants
- Respond to inbound requests submitted via website, email, and phone
- Maintain frequent engagement with current vacation rental owners through cadences, calls, emails, and texts.
- Using SalesLoft and Salesforce, manage a large pipeline of marketing generated leads, nurtured leads, existing owners upsells, and more to lead to build a solid sales funnel
- Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly goals
- Initiate our consultative sales process to guide homeowners to the value of booking a meeting with our sales closer to learn of the benefits through a partnership with Evolve.
- Handle objections and help homeowners have a clear understanding of our value and services
- Participate in regular training and skill sessions
- Collaborate closely with other peers to optimize sales strategies
What makes you a great fit
- 1+ years of experience in a consultative phone sales and/or sales development role
- Capable of executing a high amount of touchpoints including up to 100 calls/day, plus emails and texts.
- Contribute to the sales playbook by using it consistently and reflecting on opportunities for improvement
- A goal-oriented, competitive mentality, with a strong work ethic, and grit
- You are a self-motivated individual contributor with an interest in growing your Sales career
- You are confident in building rapport & handling objections
- A bias for action and pragmatic, yet creative solutions that help drive progress and efficiency within the organization
- You are an active listener, diligent note taker, and strategically manage your time
- Experience in Salesforce and/or Salesloft highly preferred
- Adaptable and flexible in a rapidly changing environment
- Professional verbal and written communication skills
- Strong time management skills and can achieve maximize productivity by being organized and detail-oriented
- Must be available to have flexibility around shifts that fall within 6am-7pm MST Sunday through Saturday
Location
We currently are able to hire throughout the U.S. except in the following states: District of Columbia, Hawaii, and Pennsylvania. There are also certain positions that may have hiring impacts in the following states: California, Maryland, New York, Rhode Island, and Washington. If you live in Colorado, you can work remotely anywhere in the state, at our downtown Denver office, or a hybrid of both!

Compensation
For this role compensation is based on a base pay plus commission model. Our base pay is $48,900.80 annually, based on a 40 hour work week ($23.51/hr). This role is eligible to earn an uncapped monthly commission (with on target earnings of $23,980.00 annually) based on individual performance.
