Full Time | Permanent | Remote

 

We are looking for a Sales Coordinator who will partner with the sales and marketing team and other departments to facilitate effective communication and coordination, ultimately enabling the sales team to deliver on their objectives.

 

The Sales Coordinator will play an important role in helping the sales process function effectively from start to finish, which will include coordination of key stages with other departments.  We are looking for a driven individual, who is looking to apply their experience and gain new experience with a high performing sales and marketing team.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

Reporting to the Director of Sales & Marketing, the Sales Coordinator will have the following responsibilities:

 

Internal Communication:

  • Facilitate communication between the sales team and other departments including marketing, professional services, partnerships, product development, legal and finance.

Sales Operations:

  • Manage process for contract signature and notification to all relevant departments that a new contract has been signed.
  • Assist in planning and organization of sales meetings, workshops, or training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.

Industry Events:

  • Assist with event schedule, including date/location, sponsorships, internal attendees, registrations, agendas, attendee lists, and event orders.

Partnerships:

  • Assist Director of Partnerships in the management of Partner engagements, including assisting with new development or services SOW's, contract routin and execution, preparation of marketing emails and scheduling of monthly meetings with partners.

 

Additional/Future Responsibilities May Include:

 

Reporting and Analysis:

  • Gather and analyze sales data, prepare sales reports, and provide insights to the sales team and management. 

Sales Process Optimization:

  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify bottlenecks in the sales process and agree on improvements. This may include streamlining workflows, implementing new sales tools, developing new sales strategies.

Market Research:

  • Conduct market research to identify potential customers, industry trends, and competitive analysis. 

Feedback Collection:

  • Collect feedback from customers, sales team members, and other team members to identify areas of improvement, assess customer satisfaction, and share insights for product or service enhancements.

 

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Self-motivated, ability to take initiative and manage competing priorities through strong time management skills
  • Ability to follow and champion the use of processes throughout the sales and marketing team
  • Ability to gather and derive insights from data
  • Desire to grow in the sales and marketing department, taking on other responsibilities or new roles
  • Ability to travel (up to 15%) - to LendSuite head office in Florida or industry conferences
  • Preferred:
    • Sales or marketing experience in technology
    • Post-secondary education
