About the Role

Are you based in Nigeria, have sales experience at SaaS startups, and are looking for your next big opportunity in an international company? Well, you're in luck because we're seeking a Sales Analyst at Firstbase. We're a fast-growing, YC-backed, US-based startup, and we need someone like you to help turn incoming leads into paying customers.

As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for engaging with leads through Zendesk chatbots and email marketing. You'll use your sales skills to make a real impact on our business.

Who Are We Looking For

  • Background in sales roles such as Customer Support, Inbound, SDR

  • 5+ years of startup experience

  • Based in Nigeria, with proven English proficiency 

  • Bachelor's degree in BBA or related field

  • Experience working with diverse teams and clients

  • Proficient in Excel


What You'll Do

Our main goal for the next quarter is to increase sales by turning leads into paying customers through email and chatbot efforts.

To achieve this, we will focus on the following:

  • Talking to leads through chatbot, emails, and eventually meetings with potential clients

  • Tracking your sales and optimizing processes

  • Creating processes for inbound sales, including email communication and sales scripts

You Stand Out if

You've worked at a startup before, preferably selling B2B services, ideally at a SaaS company.
