We’ve built more than a platform, we’ve created a community of like-minded people who believe in local travel, exploring off-the-beaten-path destinations, and slowing down to enjoy the journey. Every year we send over 100.000 people on memorable holidays and our platform continues to grow with a staggering 30% every year. So yes, we are well on our way. And, we need you to get us even further.

As a Sales Agent you join our country team Germany. Germany is a relatively new market to us and we’re looking for a native German speaking colleague that gets excited about growing the German market with us. You team up with Gwendolyn, Stephanie, Lisa, Dominique, Sophia and Isabella. Your days will mainly consist of reaching out to potential motorhome owners, convincing them that Goboony is a great solution for them and helping them to onboard on our platform. You check our incoming leads, grab the phone and call them! Or you’ll send fantastic emails that get them excited about joining us.

• You have a commercial flair, and your service impresses people.

• A go-getter attitude with a hunger for achieving and surpassing sales targets.

• Exceptional communication skills – your charisma shines through the phone!

• You are eager to leave your mark in a growing scale-up.

• You can adapt to different target groups and your empathy and flexibility, ensure that you offer the best service to new customers.

• Your helpfulness, but above all your persuasiveness, makes a difference and resonates with people.

• Autonomy and working independently do not frighten you, in other words, we do not need to hold your hand for long.

• You are a native speaking German who’s also fluent in English (in speaking and writing).
  
  

Important: you're based in and eligible to work in the Netherlands, Belgium, France, United Kingdom, or Germany. These are the countries in which we can employ people. We are not able to sponsor visas at the moment.

• Flexible work with the opportunity to work fully remote, or in a co-working office space (Spaces) depending on your location, or both.

• You will receive a Macbook to work on from you (camper) home or anywhere else!

• Fully paid camping-working trips with the team each year.

• Annual team credit of €300 to do something fun, like going on a workation together.

• We also want you to experience the freedom that we like to give each other: therefore, you can experience life on the road by yourself by taking one of our campervans on a trip for a weekend.

• We don’t count holidays. We believe in responsibility for your job, your private life and a healthy combination of both. We advise taking at least 25 days. But you are free to plan your free time how it suits you and the team.

• Plenty of opportunities for personal growth and development, including a personal training budget (depending on your level of experience).
