Burns Marketing Group Agents have the opportunity to create and build their own business with a system that has proven success. Our agents have access to virtual training, daily calls, and leaders to help grow their business. As independent contractors, they are in business for themselves but not by themselves.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to prospective customers
  • Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of potential customers to meet their needs
  • Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
  • Reach out to customer leads
  • Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
  • Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales, and status reports
  • Continuously improve through feedback
