We are experts in the ability to secure exclusive properties and foster connections with professional investors, making significant strides in the real estate market in Portugal.

Position Overview:

The Sales Acquisition Specialist will serve as a crucial player in Invest Wise’s sales operations by bringing new deals and opportunities to the table.

This position will report directly to the Sales Business Developer.

Responsibilities:

• Generate, identify, and qualify leads
• Develop and close on going deals
• Manage the sales process from start to end
• Build relationships with investors, real estate funds, and construction companies
• Provide market research and analysis
• Prepare financial reports and presentations

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in sales with proven positive track record - experience in real estate is a strong plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong negotiation and closing skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Fluent in English and Portuguese - additional language skills is a plus
• Having an established Real Estate network is a massive plus
