The Role and Your Impact:

We seek a professional to lead, configure, unify, and manage our GTM systems, customer and sales data, and all the processes required to operate and grow revenue for an enterprise-focused SaaS business. This pro will work closely with sales, marketing, customer success, product, finance, and the executive team to identify, forecast, plan, and deliver against revenue and customer metrics, including leading regular planning and review sessions to optimize in-market impact. This new role is pivotal as Omeda builds the next stage in its growth strategy based on a strategic, account-based model.

Key Responsibilities:

·        Sales, Marketing, Customer, and Revenue Process Optimization: Collaborate with sales leadership to enhance the sales and revenue-generating process, from lead generation to deal closure, focusing on efficiency and effectiveness. Implement and refine sales enablement tools and technologies to streamline workflows and maximize productivity.

·        Data Analysis and Reporting: Utilize data analytics to provide actionable insights that drive informed decision-making across the organization. Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) dashboards to monitor and report on sales, marketing, and customer success metrics.

·        Cross-Functional Collaboration: Foster strong collaboration between sales, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure alignment and cohesion in revenue-generating activities. Work closely with departments to identify and address bottlenecks in the revenue cycle.

·        Technology and Systems Integration: Utilize existing systems and identify, evaluate, implement, and manage revenue operations technologies to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness. Oversee Omeda’s SFDC, Omeda’s marketing automation platform, revenue systems, and GTM data and dashboarding tools.

·        Business and Revenue Forecasting and Planning: Lead the development of revenue forecasts and contribute insights to the monthly, quarterly, and annual planning process. Work closely with finance to align revenue forecasts with budgetary goals.

Qualifications:

·        Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of experience

·        3-5+ years of experience in revenue, sales, marketing operations, or a similar role within the SaaS industry.

·       3-5+ years of experience working in and advancing SFDC CRM systems and processes, marketing automation platforms, data tools, integration of systems, and dashboard and reporting systems and processes.

·        Proven experience working with revenue and finance leaders to define, measure, and report on company and sales, marketing, and customer KPIs.

·        Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.

·        Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate cross-functional collaboration and regular revenue review and planning process.

·        Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment and adapt to changing priorities.
