We are seeking a Research Project Manager to join our TalkLabs team. As a member of our team, you’ll contribute to groundbreaking studies that drive the effectiveness of our services while also being part of industry-leading research that enhances the quality and accessibility of mental healthcare.
This role would be ideal for someone passionate about mental health research and eager to contribute to innovative projects in a purpose-driven environment. This is a remote, contract role with an estimated workload of 30-40 hours per week. Talkspace Headquarters is located in NYC.
What You’ll Do
The Research Project Manager will develop policies and procedures, oversee various research initiatives, ensure compliance, and be the bridge for many internal teams and external partners. You're someone who can seamlessly coordinate with multifaceted teams, collaborating across various moving parts with ease and kindness.
Develop and Maintain Policies and Procedures
Liaise with Study Participants and Therapists
Provide Organizational Leadership
Conduct Translational Research
Additional duties as assigned
