We're a fully remote team working across 35+ countries. You'll be joining a passionate team whose resumes include Canva, Figma, GitLab, Google, InVision, Typeform and Zendesk.

In your role, you will work closely with:
Steph Robinson, Sr. Director, Customer Experience (ex Invision, Influitive)
Lindsey Liss, Manager, Support (ex Invision)
The Research Partner will execute a unique blend of activities commonly found in Solution Consulting, UX Research, Learning Consultant, and Program Manager roles - with the primary focus of helping customers get the most out of their partnership with Maze.
Research Partners are highly regarded members of our pre & post-sales team that are entrusted with providing expert guidance to our highest-value customers via short consultative sessions. Common consultation types include:
Usability test planning and review
Strategic roadmapping and long-term research planning
Best practices for effective insight analysis
Guidance on advanced methodologies such as card sorting & moderated research
They are subject matter experts on a wide array of research methodologies, highly knowledgeable on our software, and able to provide our customers with practical strategies to leverage Maze to achieve their business and research objectives.
In addition to direct customer work, Partners will spend around 30% of their time building, growing & managing the overall Research Partner program.
Quickly develop a deep familiarity with the Maze platform to advise customers on best practices and provide recommendations on how Maze can address business goals, initiatives, and challenges
Lead cross-functional initiatives to grow, scale, and improve the Research Partner offering
Engage in thought leadership related efforts with Customer Education and Marketing teams
Contribute to the overall direction and strategy of the team and program
Minimum 3 years of experience in customer-facing, enterprise-level, digital agency, or consulting conducting hands-on UX research
Experience in qualitative and quantitative methodologies (i.e., usability testing, concept testing, usability benchmarking, personas, research roadmaps etc.)
Self-starter and self-managed individual with a positive and collaborative attitude
Superb customer-facing communication skills and a customer-first mentality
Experience building and executing programs from the ground up
You are comfortable working in a fully remote environment

Additionally, we are proud of our holistic and generous benefits offerings, included in every compensation package.
The typical compensation for this role ranges from $106,000 to $158,500. Your salary is dependent upon many factors, including years of experience, expertise, etc. Don’t let the typical compensation range for this role stop you from applying; during your first interview, you can expect to have an open conversation with your recruiter regarding your compensation expectations.
