Reporting Analyst

We need an English-fluent Reporting Analyst, based in Latin America, available to work remotely.

We are looking for someone with exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, who embraces changes while maintaining strong attention to detail. An interested and proactive person, who's constantly learning and improving their skills.

Responsibilities:

Develop and optimize SQL queries to extract and manipulate data from various databases.
Design, build, and customize reporting dashboards using tools like Metabase and Superset.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand reporting needs and translate them into effective dashboards.
Ensure the accuracy, reliability, and integrity of data presented in reporting dashboards.
Communicate complex data findings clearly to internal and customer-facing stakeholders to foster data-driven decision-making.
Stay updated with industry trends in data analysis and visualization to improve the platform’s capabilities.
Participate in training sessions and shadowing opportunities to learn effective navigation and interpretation of reporting dashboards.
Utilize billions of data points to generate ad hoc and automated reports for automotive dealer groups.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Management Information Systems, or a related field preferred.
2+ years of experience in a data analytics or product analyst role.
Proficient in SQL with a strong desire to write queries and optimize database performance.
Experience with data visualization tools such as Metabase and Superset.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Windows, Excel, Word).
Experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS) and PostgreSQL is a plus.
Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet strict deadlines.
Self-motivated with a passion for learning and professional development.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Compensation:

The Salary range offered for this position varies from (USD) $900 - $1,100 per month, depending on seniority and skillset.
This position is for an independent contractor, through a payroll platform.
The talent will work REMOTELY allocated at our client.
