Imagine taking the reins at Dotmatics as one of our Renewals Managers, a role that will be a crucial driver of customer success and revenue growth. Your challenge? We're on the lookout for a dynamic individual located in Ireland who's primed to unlock the untapped potential with some of our most valued customers. Collaborating seamlessly with Account Executives, you’ll serve as a crucial link between our dedicated account teams and our top customers. The good news? Our customers love us! In this role you will get to:

  • Proactively engage with existing customers as their renewal date approaches, building rapport and understanding their evolving requirements.
  • Troubleshoot customer inquiries regarding proposed price adjustments and effectively navigate price negotiations to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Collaborate with Account Executives to capitalize on upsell opportunities by leveraging your knowledge of customer needs and preferences.
  • Partner closely with Client Services to ensure accurate order processing and a smooth renewal process, minimizing any disruption to services. We focus on overdelivering and under-promising.
  • Prepare and deliver executive-level partnership reviews that showcase the value, usage, and ROI of our solutions to client decision makers.
  • Generate comprehensive analysis utilizing our CRM platform to highlight the tangible benefits our products deliver to our customers.
  • Be a key driver in data quality by maintaining up-to-date records in Salesforce for opportunity-to-order process, pipeline management, and forecasting purposes.
  • Develop and present detailed renewal progress pipeline reports for the current quarter and forecast for upcoming quarters, including insights into churn, downsells, upsells, and customer retention.

We are looking for people who have Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing or equivalent and 3 years experience in a customer-facing renewals management role or equivalent.

The key skills we are looking for in an ideal candidate are:
  • Fluency in English & French at a professional level.
  • Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in renewals management, account management, or sales within the software or technology industry.
  • Advanced negotiation skills with the ability to navigate complex pricing discussions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to present to executive-level stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce (or similar CRM), to manage opportunities, forecasts, and pipelines.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to generate insightful reports and drive data-based decision making.

  • Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Passion for technology and innovation, with a genuine interest in scientific informatics.
