YOUR ROLE

This is an outsourcing role, you'd be assigned to one of our Clients to perform the following duties for their business:

• General Administrative duties to fulfill the needs of the operation.
  • Respond to team member and client queries.
    
  • Manage and process team expenses. 
• Accounts
  • Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable management.
  • Creating, sending, and following up on invoices.
• Reporting
  
  • Reviewing and performing audits on financial statements and reports.
  • Research, report and resolve account discrepancies.
  • Prepare monthly updates of expense receipts and statements. 
  • Financial analysis (income & expense trends, top expenditures, etc.) to suggest improvements in accuracy, efficiency, and reducing costs.
• Account reconciliation and general ledger reclassification.
• Continuous compliance with all regulatory, banking, tax, and other financial obligations, reporting and keeping record of the needed requirements.
• Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups, as needed.

YOUR AWESOME TRAITS

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's Degree required in Accounting or Finance.
• Knowledge with Quickbooks
• Avdanced/Expert knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.
• C1-C2 Level of Written and Spoken English
• Strong knowledge of bookkeeping.
