Selling and identifying prospective customers, lead generation, and conversion

Building relationships with customers

Responsible for top of the funnel for Sales and GTM efforts for Eastern Region - partnering with the headquarters team

Contact new and existing customers to discuss needs and knowledge about the product. Emphasize the features of products to highlight how they solve customer problems. Answer questions about the products

Producing sales forecasts and reports and keeping up to date with the CRM. 

Negotiate prices and terms and prepare sales agreements

Maintain contact lists and follow up with customers to continue relationships

Managing all sales team members and processes

Setting sales goals and quotas. Creating the sales department budget with your hiring manager for the year

Researching the market and competitors

Training, mentoring, and motivating the sales team

Collaborating with the marketing department to develop effective promotional materials
