CareerBee is a growing global recruitment consultancy, based in Germany. We help our client find the best talents for their Management, IT, Engineering and Business roles. We are currently looking to expand internationally, and are looking for talents who can accompany us on our mission.

To help us grow our business in United States, you will be responsible for reaching out to companies and connect them with the right talents. Specifically, you will responsible for:

• Setting up the strategy for market entry with us
• Create lists and reach out to potential clients
• Discuss and negotiate Terms and Conditions
• Collaborate with your research team to gather interested candidates 
• Introduce candidates to clients and follow up during the interview process until the placement is made
• Send bills

 

• You have first experience and a successful track-record in a recruitment consultancy
• You are passionate about sales and thrive when doing business development
• You are looking for a flexible freelance opportunity that you can do from wherever you want in United States
