Job Overview: As a Full Commission Contract Recruiter, you will be responsible for identifying and recruiting top-tier talent to join our organization. You will collaborate with account managers to understand their staffing needs, source candidates through various channels, and guide them through our selection process. This role offers flexibility and the opportunity to earn generous commissions based on successful candidate placements.
- Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various sourcing methods such as job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals to identify potential candidates.
- Candidate Screening: Review resumes and conduct initial candidate phone screenings to assess qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
- Candidate Debriefing: Communicate with your candidates after each interview stage to ensure they feel aligned with the role and company, salary, benefits, etc.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule and facilitate interviews between candidates and account managers, providing guidance and feedback to both parties.
- Candidate Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor analysis to provide insights to hiring managers.
- Pipeline Management: Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future job openings.
- Offer Negotiation: Assist in offer preparation and negotiation, ensuring competitive and fair compensation packages.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and organized candidate records in our applicant tracking system (ATS).
- A successful recruiter at Underground Administration submits a minimum of two candidates per week.
- Can, will, and wants to speak with candidates over the phone primarily, as well as via email or messaging.
- Communication with account managers and candidates is pertinent.
- Proven experience as a recruiter or talent acquisition specialist (agency preferred).
- Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, tools, and sourcing techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and remotely while maintaining a high level of productivity.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.
