Recruiter

We are looking for Freelance Recruiters to join our platform - Recruit N' Refer! (RNR) We're looking for recruiters with full-cycle recruiting experience, from talent sourcing, screening candidates, scheduling interviews and closing offers. The role is 100% commission based, fully remote and you can choose your own hours! You can take home 6-15k in recruitment fees for every successful placement you make on RNR. 

You will collaborate with RNR account managers when Employers are interested in meeting submitted candidates, you are responsible for managing your candidates throughout the recruitment process. You are responsible for talent sourcing/ headhunting using various sources, like social media networks, job platforms or employee referrals. 

• Sourcing for candidates on roles you choose to work on the platform

• Screening candidates and submitting them to the appropriate roles on RNR

• Managing your candidates throughout the recruitment process

• Experience as a Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Specialist (preferably for the accounting industry)

• Excellent analytical skills

• Great problem-solving skills

• Effective communication skills

• BA/BSc degree in Business, Human Resources or a related field
