Position Overview:

The Real Estate Consultant will be an essential part of the sales operations at Invest Wise by bringing expertise and sharing good practices on how to deal with professional investors and acquire exclusive properties.

The Real Estate Consultant will work closely together with the rest of the sales team (Financial Advisors, Sales Acquisition) and with the Sales Business Developer.

Responsibilities:

• Generate, identify, and qualify leads
• Develop and close on going deals
• Manage the sales process from start to end
• Build relationships with investors, real estate funds, and construction companies
• Provide market research and analysis
• Prepare financial reports and presentations

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in real estate sales with a proven track record of success
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong negotiation and closing skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Fluent in English and Portuguese (mandatory)
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite
• Having an established real estate and/or network is a massive plus
