Real Estate Data Collector/ Data Entry

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Data Entry Agent. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the back-office operations and conducting commercial real estate market research to enhance our brokerage's income streams.

Responsibilities

Data Entry: Accurate and efficient data entry, ensuring minimal errors and maintaining data integrity.
Real Estate Research: Conduct in-depth commercial real estate market research using tools such as HubSpot and CoStar.
Communication: Excellent English communication skills for effective email correspondence and potential participation in Zoom or Google Meet meetings.
Multitasking: Ability to handle multiple tasks, including data entry, property research, and communication, while maintaining a high level of accuracy and efficiency.

Requirements

Working Hours: Availability during Eastern Time zone, Monday to Friday, from 9 am to 5 pm.
Work-from-Home Setup: A reliable work-from-home environment with stable internet connectivity and a quiet workspace.
Communication Skills: Exceptional proficiency in written and verbal English.
Data Entry Experience: Prior experience or at least 2 years experience and expertise in data entry and commercial real estate research. Familiarity with HubSpot and CoStar is a must.
Multitasking Abilities: Capable of managing various responsibilities simultaneously, including participation in virtual meetings.
