Where do you fit in?
The Program Manager enables our product delivery teams to work efficiently and effectively together. Collaborates with cross-functional, highly skilled engineering teams to enable peak performance. Harmonizes SDLC and tools used in software development globally across all products.

As part of our team, your main responsibilities will be:
• Integrate all R&D teams and future acquisitions into a common agile SDLC.
• Ensures team adheres to the scrum process and program level working agreement regarding cadence, tool usage and a variety of procedures that must be synchronized to be effective as a program.
• Facilitate training for all global teams on agile SDLC.
• Manage the team of Scrum Masters and tools administrators.
• Foster an environment of successful delivery and continuous improvement.
• Creates culture where creativity and innovation can flourish.
• Coaches the team on effective ceremony execution (standups, estimation, backlog grooming, demonstrations, retrospectives – inspect and adapt workshops).
• Radiates information that ensures team’s progress/success are highly visible to stakeholders and the team (backlogs, burndown charts, etc.).
• Improves team’s engineering quality practices by encouraging Test Driven Development (TDD), pair programming, test automation, continuous integration, collective ownership.
You’ll need to bring:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field
• 10+ years’ experience in Project Management/Team Leadership in software development
• Minimum 8 years of Agile experience
• Significant contribution as a change agent in an agile transformation
• Certifications/education in Agile, Lean, SAFE a plus
