QA Engineer

payabl.one division responsible for uniting our services and bringing synergy to our customers by offering seamless experience regardless of the services (online payments, offline payments and/ or banking) or channel (UI or API) they opt for. Within this division, your focus will be on our customer facing platform along with other highly skilled and motivated team members.

Responsibilities:  

• Design, develop, and execute integration tests to ensure seamless communication and collaboration between different components of our software.
• Conduct browser testing to ensure cross-browser compatibility and a consistent user experience (nice to have).
• Perform API testing to validate the functionality, reliability, and security of backend services (nice to have).
• Contribute to cross functional testing team, setup test processes and ways of working.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in setting up test automation frameworks from scratch.
• Strong proficiency in integration testing.
• Proficient in at least one backend testing tool, with a preference for pytest panther.
• Knowledge of mock frameworks for backend testing.
• Experience with frontend testing tools such as Cypress, Selenium, and Appium.
• Experience in Postman for API testing and automation.
• Familiarity with browser testing and cross-browser compatibility.
• Stay informed about emerging tools and technologies to enhance the testing process.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of test automation projects.
• Strong communication skills (upper-intermediate or higher proficiency in English) and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
