QA Developer

We are seeking a skilled QA Developer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining automated test suites to ensure the quality and reliability of Level All platform. You will work closely with our development team to understand the requirements and design test cases that can be executed automatically. You will also be responsible for analyzing test results and identifying areas for improvement in the software development process.

Full-time regular employment (W2). Hybrid preferred (NYC) or remote from anywhere in the U.S. for the right candidate.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop automated test suites to verify the functionality and performance of the Level All app from the ground up
• Collaborate with developers and other QA team members to identify test cases and scenarios
• Write and maintain test cases and scripts to ensure complete test coverage
• Perform functional, regression, and performance testing of software applications
• Analyze and report on test results, identifying and prioritizing issues for resolution
• Work with the development team to debug and troubleshoot issues found during testing
• Continuously improve the automated testing process and tools to increase efficiency and effectiveness
• Other projects as assigned

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in QA
• Experience with different QA tools, such as Selenium, Appium, or Cucumber
• Experience with QA using languages such as JavaScript or Python
• Experience with setting up and maintaining QA process from scratch
• Experience with visual regression testing
• Experience in testing web applications, and JSON APIs
• Experience with Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) tools and practices
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Experience with test management tools, such as Jira or TestRail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience

• Level All does not provide work authorization and/or visa sponsorship
• Compensation range: $90,000 – $110,000 / year. This represents the expected compensation range for this job requisition. Ultimately, in determining an offer, we will consider location, skills, relevant experience, and other job-related factors.
