In this multifaceted role, you'll:

• Develop and execute strategic promotional campaigns: Craft a compelling narrative for our speaker, elevate their profile within the leadership and business motivational speaking space, and ensure consistent brand messaging across all platforms.
• Forge strategic relationships: Build rapport with event planners for conferences, conventions, and leadership retreats seeking impactful speakers on leadership and business success.
• Negotiate and secure speaking engagements: Secure lucrative speaking engagements that align with the speaker's expertise and schedule. Manage contracts and fees.
• Act as a trusted advisor and manager: Handle the speaker's schedule, logistics, travel arrangements (if applicable), and manage client communication.
• Stay ahead of the curve: Research industry trends, identify new opportunities, and monitor competitor activity.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Proven track record promoting motivational speakers, particularly those focused on leadership and business.
• A natural relationship builder with a deep understanding of the event planning landscape for conferences and business events.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational, time management, and project management skills.
