Project/Delivery Manager

About us: FocusReactive is a modern consultancy company with deep specialization in Jamstack,  Headless CMS, Headless eCommerce development. Our agency partners with a number of vendors such as Vercel, Sanity, Storyblok, Contentful, and we help our clients building modern and performant marketing platforms based on headless CMS and ecommerce storefronts. It is not a traditional outsourcing company, therefore we expect each engineer to integrate well into clients product delivery and design process, driving key decision-making.

In this role you will work partly partly on clients’ outsourcing projects from FocusReactive side https://focusreactive.com/ and on GitNation.com product https://gitnation.org/ and
Your role will involve managing resources, coordinating with managers, and ensuring the highest quality standards are met on time, within scope and budget. 

 YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

- Development comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk assessments;

- Monitoring project progress and identify potential risks or issues;

- Managing client expectations and resolve any issues or concerns promptly;

- Managing changes to the project scope, schedule and costs using appropriate verification techniques.

- Measuring project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.

- Reporting and escalating issues to management as needed.

- Performing risk management to minimize project risks.

- Creating and maintaining comprehensive project documentation.

- Fostering strong relationships with clients and managers.

QUALIFICATIONS:

-Have 4+ years of  proven experience in project or delivery management;

• Have experience both in outsource and product (mainly EdTech) project management; 
  
• Proficient in project management tools;
  
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills;
  
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively;
  
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (B2 level or higher);
  
• Technical background is a huge plus.
