Project Manager Trainee

You will be responsible for providing support to the PMO (Project Management Office) to ensure high-quality standards in consulting projects. You will also assist in monitoring key project indicators (profitability, client satisfaction, team utilization) and monitor the consulting team to achieve resource efficiency and knowledge transfer.

Your daily challenges will include:

• Monitoring the leaders assigned to projects to achieve set goals.
• Supporting the promotion of efficient activities and processes.
• Tracking the main indicators of Neo's consulting project portfolio.
• Proactively identifying issues in projects.
• Promoting teamwork among resources assigned to projects.
• Understanding the scope and objectives of projects.

The recipe for success is in your hands:

• 6 months as a Trainee in Projects. (desirable)
• Residents in France, Germany, and the USA.

Hard Skills:

• Advanced English.
• Intermediate Spanish (desirable).
• Interest in Project Management.
• Project Management certification (desirable).

Soft Skills:

• Organizational skills.
• Curiosity for self-learning and research.
• Commitment and results orientation.
• Strong communication skills.
• Proficiency in technological tools.
• Ability to manage priorities and requirements in a constantly changing environment.
