Finance teams used to spend hours each month trying to prepare commissions, communicate them to their reps, deal with discrepancies, and then get those paid on time. Spiff automates that full process. We connect to the client's systems; CRM, ERP & Payroll to reduce the work and amount of errors. Spiff gives powerful, real-time data and insights to reps, managers, and executives about their commissions.

Who we are looking for…

We’re looking for a passionate client-facing Project Manager in Buenos Aires Argentina to join our growing team and help us deliver intuitive and delightful experiences to our customers. 

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for directly guiding a portfolio of our clients through their implementation project ensuring it stays on time, in budget, and within scope. You will be leading client-facing meetings, and co-ordinating a cross-functional team through the life of the project.  You'll be reviewing customer documentation, providing weekly updates and setting the stage for UAT.

What you’ll contribute in this role… 

• Strong organizational and  client facing project management skills and the ability to work well with various company groups and employee levels

• Ability to identify required resources and coordinate project schedules for multiple projects ensuring alignment of internal and client project team member skill sets with assigned tasks

• Coordinate tasks and deliverables across multiple client projects on a daily basis

• Identify potential project risks and successfully communicate to the project team and client as appropriate

• Generate project plans and additional documentation and ensure delivery and execution to exceed client expectations

• Work with client Project Managers to develop a delivery plan for all the work streams and ensure programs stay on budget and schedule

• Identify and capture change through a change control process

• Hold internal and external teams accountable for project success

What experience you’ll bring to Spiff…  

• 3+ years experience as a client facing Project Manager or similar role with a large element of project management

• 3+ years of relevant consulting experience

• Experience running projects using a hybrid Waterfall and/or Agile methodologies

• Strong client interfacing skills: a positive attitude, highly motivated, excellent communication skills, and interpersonal skills

• Proven ability to work remotely, independently and within a team

Bonus Points 

• Interest in Startups/Tech/Finance. Our team loves the startup community, and a genuine interest in the space is huge.

• Background in enterprise software development or deployment
