We are looking for a talented Senior Project Manager to join our marketing team and help drive our growth.

Primary Responsibilities

• Project Planning and Strategy:
• Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets for marketing initiatives
• Identify and manage project risks and proactively address issues that may impact project success while managing stakeholder expectations
• Resource Allocation:
• Manage and allocate resources efficiently to ensure projects are adequately staffed
• Monitor project workload and determine resources as needed to complete projects
• Stakeholder Communication:
• Serve as the main point of contact for project stakeholders, including marketing teams, senior leadership, and external partners
• Provide regular updates on project progress and status reports
• Collaborate with marketing leaders to define project objectives and strategies
• Quality Assurance:
• Ensure that project deliverables meet high-quality standards and align with marketing goals
• Conduct thorough reviews and quality checks throughout the project lifecycle
• Team Leadership:
• Lead, coach, and support a team of project managers and marketing specialists, providing guidance and development by exemplifying company values

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field
• 5+ years experience as a project manager within marketing
• Experience with various project management, asset management, and proofing software platforms such as Favro, Asana, Workfront, Google Suite, and Ziflow
• Experience as a manager of people, leading employees and teams

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience managing creative marketing projects
• An understanding of a sprint workflow and best practices
• Proven experience managing complex, enterprise-wide projects
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to analyze and solve problems quickly and efficiently
• Ability to foster a collaborative and results-driven work environment
