Requirements

The Position -As our chosen Project Manager, every day you will help improve our Communities by planning, directing, and coordinating all construction and capital improvement projects within our portfolio.

To thrive in this role:

Have Project Management experience in home construction- new and remodeling

Be able to manage multiple projects at once

Have extensive knowledge of building codes

Ability to work with multiple contractors and building authorities

Must be able to travel
