Job Description:

We are seeking an exceptionally smart, motivated, and mature Project Manager and Scrum Master to lead the successful delivery of our web1 and web3 marketplace. In this role, you will bring together team members from across the USA, Asia, and Europe to ensure delivery excellence, strict timelines, clear communication, accurate scoping, and adherence to budgets. You will play a crucial role in driving the execution of our marketplace project, ensuring the alignment of cross-functional teams and maintaining a focus on quality and efficiency.

Responsibilities:

1. Lead and manage the end-to-end project lifecycle, from initiation to delivery, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and scope.

2. Bring together and coordinate a diverse team of professionals from different regions, including the USA, Asia, and Europe, fostering collaboration and effective communication.

3. Apply agile methodologies, particularly Scrum, as the Scrum Master to drive project delivery, facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.

4. Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

5. Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and resource allocation to ensure successful execution.

6. Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, proactively resolving them to minimize impact on project timelines and quality.

7. Communicate project progress, status, and key milestones to stakeholders and senior leadership, ensuring transparency and clear expectations.

8. Collaborate closely with product managers, engineering teams, designers, and other stakeholders to ensure a shared understanding of project requirements and priorities.

9. Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between distributed teams, utilizing appropriate tools and platforms.

10. Continuously monitor and improve project management processes, tools, and methodologies to enhance project delivery efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in project management, business administration, computer science, or a related field. Advanced degree or certifications (e.g., PMP, CSM) are a plus.

2. Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, with a proven track record of successfully delivering complex software projects.

3. Strong knowledge and practical experience in agile methodologies, particularly Scrum, as a Scrum Master.

4. Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to bring together and motivate cross-functional teams in a distributed and multicultural environment.

5. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

6. Strong organizational and analytical skills, with a focus on attention to detail and problem-solving.

7. Experience in managing projects with strict timelines, budgets, and scope, ensuring high-quality deliverables.

8. Familiarity with web1 and web3 technologies, blockchain concepts, and marketplace platforms is a plus.

9. Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced startup environment, managing multiple priorities and stakeholders.

10. Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
