Tasks and Responsibilities

• Works closely with the HCM Integration Leads, Integration Experts/Architects, Payroll vendors as well as Payroll experts to ensure a comprehensive understanding and implementation of the HCM integrations Workstream scope and timelines defined by Program requirements. This collaboration ensures alignment with the overall program goals and objectives and enables effective planning and execution of integration projects.
• Responsible for (with focus on DDIT, Program Management & Execution) overseeing and managing integration delivery strategy. This role also provides guidance to Global Program Lead, Business Program Global Owner/Lead and to the PMO team throughout all project phases. Acts as escalation contact for Workstream Leads/Functional teams to ensure any identified gaps are addressed with delivery partner in a timely manner.

Requirements

• Leads collaboration between program execution team, Global PMO and Workstreams (Workday, Integrations and Testing) ensuring Workday best practices are implemented with a customer centric perspective, together with managing dependencies across streams
• Manage the Implementation Partner to ensure that company best interests are kept at the core of the Program delivery
• Deliver project key milestones on time and within budget, while delivering strong value.
• Leading the Program through all phases by utilizing relevant PM instruments and methodology
• Supports alignment between external partner and company for Program resource requirements, planning, allocation and management
• Strong project management and communication skills demonstrated by results in cross functional, multi-cultural projects
• Strong leadership skills in motivating project team members and managing stakeholders at a senior management level
• Ability to think creatively and challenge the status quo
• Ability to drive for results and meet project deadlines
• Strong understanding of company P&O processes.
• English fluent plus one or more languages (Japanese)
