We're looking for a Operations Assistant to join our close-knit team. The role offers the opportunity to delve into the exciting world of digital marketing while also playing a crucial part in keeping our operations running smoothly.


Job Purpose:

The Operations Assistant is responsible for providing technical support, managing projects, and assisting in client onboarding within the media buying team. They ensure efficient workflow and strive to deliver exceptional client experiences.

Revised Job Purpose:

Assist internal stakeholders (Operations Manager, CEO, and team leads) in streamlining internal processes such as client onboarding, client success, and asset creation.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Independently onboard clients and address any standard operating procedure (SOP) discrepancies.
  • Oversee project management activities, including managing escalation points, reporting statistics, setting task due dates, and conducting follow-ups.
  • Develop and enhance automations to improve workflow efficiency.
  • Provide fast technical responses and regular touchpoints to clients.
  • Handle client issues through troubleshooting and maintain open communication channels.
  • Improve internal and external processes in the company, find ways to automate routine.

Desired Qualifications and Skills:

  • Being passionate about marketing.
  • Fluent/Advanced spoken English
  • Self-reliant with the ability to resolve issues related to SOPs and troubleshooting.
  • Understanding of project management principles, including statistical reporting and adherence to task deadlines.
  • Basic experience with Zapier or Make.com for automation.
  • Flexibility to work across EU and EST timezones.
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
  • Prior experience in a media buying agency, particularly with Google Ads and Facebook Ads.
  • Consistency, meticulousness, attention to details.
  • The ability to turn «chaos» into «order» and create processes where there were none.
  • High level of communication and empathy.
