Project Coordinator, Client Services

Position Overview

Texada is seeking a motivated and results-oriented Project Coordinator to join our Client Services PMO team. In this position, you will take ownership of project coordination for software implementations, working closely with customers to ensure successful delivery. This position will be primarily customer-facing and will be focused on project coordination, risk management, application delivery, issue tracking and support of our SaaS business products.

Work location and travel

This position is remote/hybrid. Our home office is located in Mississauga, ON. While there are no regular office days, there may be meetings you would be expected to attend in the office.

How you will be contributing

  • Develop and manage detailed project plans for moderately complex engagements encompassing multiple applications
  • Act as a primary point of contact for clients throughout their project lifecycle, providing regular status updates and addressing questions or concerns
  • Proactively identify and communicate project risks, proposing mitigation strategies and escalating critical issues to senior team members
  • Collaborate with a diverse team of internal project stakeholders to ensure a successful project delivery
  • Lead project meetings, prepare agendas, take notes, and ensure clear follow-up of action items
  • Coordinate with vendors and external partners as needed
  • Operate as a strong team player who takes the initiative to support the team in resolving project issues to minimize delays

What we are hoping to find in your background

  • University degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • 1-3 years of previous experience in project coordination or a related field, preferably within a software or technology environment
  • Proficiency with project management software (e.g., Smartsheet, MS Project, or similar)
  • Excellent organization and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Detail-oriented and meticulous
  • Ability to work independently while also thriving in a team-oriented environment

How to grab our attention

  • Familiarity with Agile project management concepts
  • Experience with JIRA, Confluence, or Aha
  • Experience with CRM and/or SaaS implementation projects (Hubspot, Monday.com)
  • Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders
