As a market leader in the benefits space, Forma has a dynamic brand that customers love and a long list of stories to tell. To help with this mission, we are looking for a Production Designer (Contract) who can bring their energy and careful eye to detail to every project they touch. We’re a tight-knit team that is big on asynchronous collaboration and leveling up our work. We are brand stewards and push to ensure that each big idea feels authentic and sparks delight…which means we’re not only busy, we’re having a great time working together as well.
Work alongside the Brand Design team to develop digital marketing assets, spanning one-pagers, long-form reports, whitepapers, website pages and more
Collaborate hands-on with Marketing stakeholders to steward their content through the full design process, attending team meetings and ensuring assets are completed on time
Prepare visuals for a variety of applications, such as marketing emails, social media, digital ads, presentations, and more
Bring an exceptional eye for layout, hierarchy, typography, an obsession for detail-oriented design and ensuring designs remain on-brand
Iterate and uplevel our existing library of Figma and Canva templates as necessary
Have 3+ years of experience designing digital marketing assets
Experience partnering with cross-functional teams
Ability to self-guide and push to deliver your projects on time or ahead of schedule
Have good communication skills and ability to embrace feedback and pivot
accordingly
Are proficient in Figma, Adobe CS, Canva, Google Workspace, Slack + Experience preparing design files to production specifications + Video, animation and/or illustration skills are a bonus
