WHAT YOU'LL DO              
  • Create product roadmaps and define the strategic vision for their team driven by the overall vision with a deep understanding of the target market/industry.
  • Build close relationships with key stakeholders to ensure that the team's effort is aligned with overall strategy. 
  • Manage dependencies with other team's functions while identifying, building and managing strategic partnerships across various teams.
  • Work closely within their team to ensure business value and user feedback is translated into new developments when necessary.
  • Accountable for specific business KPIs based on the area of the product you are focused on.
  • ​Set ambitious and clear product vision and communicate it effectively to stakeholders, the team, and the rest of the unit.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure digital vision and products align within team strategy and requirements for each sprint.
  • Accountable for product specific KPIs once solution enters production and communicate regular tracking to stakeholders.
  • ​Utilize market and industry knowledge to translate user needs into user stories and acceptance criteria for their team.  
  • Maintain a backlog 3 to 4 sprints ahead of the team.
  • ​Work closely with CPO to establish each product's business value and support messaging, communication and customer outreach as necessary.
  • ​Facilitate release planning with stakeholders as well as weekly demos.
  • Key role on Agile team(s) and work onsite with the team on a daily basis.
  • ​Integrate usability studies and research into product requirements to enhance user satisfaction and ensure customer driven design.
  • ​Align outward facing product requirements and stakeholders.
  • You will solve top issues for companies across the US in all commodities.
  • Scale your work scope to evolving needs of our customers, with expertise and open mindset.
  • Analyze data to determine the root cause of issues and driving sustainable solutions.
  • Communicate, present, and interface directly with clients.
  • Build internal competencies, intellectual property & networks.

  • Support our great team by taking on internal work and coaching others.

WHO YOU ARE
  • ​You have proven knowledge of standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the steel recycling industry.
  • ​Strong collaborator with cross-functional teams from tech, design, and business.
  • ​Proven knowledge and understanding of standard practices, technology and supporting industry principles.
  • ​Experience with B2B and/or digital products.
  • ​Understanding and knowledge of various roles of the digital marketplace, e.g., seller acquisition, supply chain, marketplace ops, etc. and how they interact with product offering.
  • ​Experienced in facilitating agile ceremonies, managing a backlog/release plan, tracking team level metrics, removing blockers (burndown chart, release burn up, etc.)
  • ​Deep experience leading with teams in an agile setting; have worked with engineering or cross functional digital teams.
  • ​Strong leader, collaborator, team player, and individual contributor.
  • ​Strong communication skills, comfortable speaking with business stakeholders in both English and Thai.
  • ​Strong problem solver with ability to manage and lead the team to push the solution and progress.
  • You are detail oriented, structured and have common sense.
  • You can work on your own with minimal guidance, while putting your team's interests before your own.
  • You think ‘out of the box' to create solutions when none exist.
  • With an agile mindset you are not afraid of diving into uncharted waters.
  • Strong conflict resolution skills help you manage, mitigate, and resolve conflicts.
  • Product Owner certification is a plus
  • Your English skills are solid, German is a plus.
  • You are legally authorized to work in the U.S.
