Polar Analytics is a Full-Stack Business Intelligence Solution for Consumer Brands. A powerful, yet simple solution for business users to get the insights they need to succeed and make the right decisions.
Our mission is to empower indie DTC brands worldwide to grow faster and more profitably!
Traction - We've grown to over 2,000 + active merchants as of June 2023, and we're on track to reach 5,000 this year.
Tech & Product - We leverage the latest advancements of the modern data stack and make it user-friendly to non-technical users.
Funding Strategy - We're backed by Point9, an exceptional B2B SaaS investor that's renowned for finding Unicorns at an early stage.
Team - We're a collective of experienced individuals from leading eCommerce SaaS platforms and are on a mission to become the next unicorn.
We are building the decision OS of e-commerce brands. A product that has the potential to improve the workflows of millions of users (26M e-commerce brands in the world), solving a core pain (making informed decisions in a fragmented ecosystem of apps) through a verticalized approach.
As our first Product Marketing Manager, you will be critical in positioning our product to direct-to-consumer brands.
This doesn’t come at the expense of product-market fit. We have already 2400+ stores using Polar, a clearly defined ICP that loves the product (see reviews), and Series A investment from some of Europe's top SaaS investors - which serves as a solid foundation.
Having a product-led motion, we gather a lot of data and feedback to grow and improve, and the product is a central function that is directly tied to the top line.
Understand what D2C brands really need, not just what they say: using market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities, trends, and gaps that Polar can leverage. Translate findings into actionable insights that support how we build the product.
Emphasise benefits, not just features in positioning and messaging to support our GTM Strategy: Craft compelling product narratives and messaging that resonate with D2C brands. Clearly communicate the unique value proposition of our solutions and tailor messaging for different buyer personas.
Product Launches: Plan and execute successful product launches, including coordinating cross-functional teams, creating launch assets, and measuring launch effectiveness.
Sales Enablement: Collaborate closely with the sales team to provide them with the tools, training, and resources needed to effectively sell our products.
Customer Insights: Gather customer feedback, conduct surveys, and leverage customer data to continuously refine and improve our products. Use customer insights to inform product development decisions.
Content Creation: Create and manage a library of marketing content, including blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, and webinars, to support lead generation and customer education.
