What you'll be doing:

In your role as Product Marketing Manager - Solutions Marketing at Camunda, your key responsibilities will revolve around three central areas:

Business outcomes: determine key priority industries trends, insights, and asks and clearly translate the value of Camunda through technology- to business- and leadership levels to accelerate adoption of Camunda.

End-to-end go-to-market (GTM) ownership and execution: own the solution sales plays and continuously refine our messaging and positioning strategy to proactively respond to the market trends, including competitive landscape changes and major industry events (e.g., changes in compliance requirements).

Field enablement: actively lead and engage with the key stakeholders, act as the voice of the Field ensuring they are empowered with everything needed for success, orchestrate adoption and execution of the solution sales plays.

As a valued member of our squad, you will also play a crucial role in bringing industry expertise to the Product and the Field teams, and be the voice of the value-driven GTM strategy internally and externally. This position involves forging strong cross-functional relationships, with almost every team across the organization. Your role will be critical in ensuring the successful alignment of diverse stakeholders - Marketing, Sales, Partners, Product, Customer Success, Consulting - by orchestrating and streamlining efforts across different departments. Your contribution will be instrumental in achieving our brand's strategic alignment and continued success in the market.

Your responsibilities will include: 

  • Be the subject matter expert in industry trends and business needs aligning competitive positioning, business, sales, and marketing strategies. 
  • Build strategic business partnerships with the key stakeholders, communicate quickly, lead by influence and orchestrate GTM execution at executive and field levels.
  • Foster customer-centric culture and strive to empower our customers to accelerate their Process Orchestration maturity to achieve greater results from automation faster and at lower costs and risks (including through engagement with the customers at the senior executive level).
  • Collaborate across the organization to efficiently plan and execute on all marketing moments to ensure the value messaging is incorporated properly, know and effectively utilize the existing resources and programs to support the growth within the priority industries.
  • Play a pivotal role in driving enterprise pipeline growth and facilitating deal closure by creating diverse marketing collateral across the channels to effectively engage target audiences, including personalized, one-on-one collateral that communicates the value proposition to potential clients in a compelling way, thereby supporting the sales team in achieving targets.

What you bring:

  • Ability and/or willingness to use our product.
  • 5+ years of experience in product marketing at a B2B software company (SaaS is a plus)
  • Experienced in solution selling methodology, willing to engage with customers, online or on-site, conducting in-depth interviews, actively listening to discover and analyze their needs, and recommending Camunda solutions that best fit their unique requirements. This involves understanding customer pain points, tailoring solutions, addressing objections, and demonstrating the value and ROI of Camunda offerings while building and maintaining long-term customer relationships
  • Domain understanding in the area of process orchestration, business process management, software development tools, enterprise software, or cloud technologies
  • Bachelor's degree equivalent experience
  • MBA is a plus

What We Have to Offer:

Compensation

Below is the annual Total Target Cash Compensation (Total Cash) range for Camundi located in one of our entities. Total Cash refers to base salary and 100% attainment of variable target, where applicable. Actual Total Cash offered will depend on factors such as skills and qualifications related to the role. To comprise the Total Rewards package, Camunda also offers equity (where applicable) in the form of a Virtual Employee Stock Option Plan and benefits based on the country of residence. 

The annual Total Cash range for this position for Camundi in our entities is as follows: 

  • United States: $96,000.00 to $144,000.00 
  • Germany: €63,900.00 to €95,800.00
  • United Kingdom: £62,300.00 to £93,400.00
  • Singapore: S$119,300.00 to S$178,900.00

If you are outside one of these countries, you would be employed by our Preferred Employer Organization (PEO), Remote.
