We are growing fast and seeking a motivated Product Marketing Associate to complement our growing Marketing team and support continued product-led growth as our organization matures.

As Product Marketing Associate, you will report to our Product Marketing Manager and directly contribute to the execution of Product Marketing’s core responsibilities — owning positioning and messaging, and customer and competitor research, as well as supporting content development and our overall go-to-market efforts. In collaboration with our full Marketing team, you will create messaging and content to generate revenue and enable sales to drive new business.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Marketing execution: Create and commission collateral to support the business lines you’re responsible for — including for new service launches, seasonal campaigns, events, and more
  • Project management: Scope projects and develop campaign briefs, manage responsibilities and present to stakeholders, leveraging documents and take management software to keep teams on-target for all projects and deadlines
  • Competitive intelligence: Use CI software and research skills to stay on top of our competitors’ business changes and new products/service offerings, create and manage dashboards, reports, and sales enablement material and distribute to all proper internal stakeholders
  • Measurement: Identify objectives and KPIs as they relate to your business lines’ growth and potential, developing benchmarks and reporting on progress regularly
  • Creativity and collaboration: Work in concert with other marketing functions to create webinars, case studies, and other lead-generating marketing materials, support the creation of product tours, in-app walkthroughs, demo videos, sales battlecards, one-pagers, feature comparisons, and more

Your Experience and Education:

  • 3-5 years in B2B product marketing, ideally supporting services business(es)
  • Eagerness to learn, positive attitude, and willingness to “roll up your sleeves” whenever necessary
  • Execution-focused, with the ability to operate both independently and on a collaborative team
  • Analytical, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects and deadlines effectively
  • Strong copywriting and storytelling skills
  • Proficiency in HubSpot, Pendo, JIRA, and a CRM system (Pipedrive, Salesforce, Sugar, etc.)
  • Any knowledge of or experience with FDA/government compliance is a bonus
  • HubSpot and/or PMA certifications also a plus, but not required

Company Perks and Benefits:

  • Competitive Pay: Target 70-80k
  • Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k) match
  • Internal Professional Development Funds
  • Remote Eligible
  • Healthy Life/Work Balance
  • Fun, collaborative work environment
